(More customer reviews)This pot is excellent for cooking pasta in.I have had this pot for a few weeks now using an electric stove - it works very well and cleans very easily.It is a very large pot so make sure you have a big kitchen - I was alarmed at first sight thinking the water would take ages to boil because of the size- but the calphalon qualityreally makes everything in my kitchen go quite well. I cook lasagna's very often and this pot can handle plenty of noodles - in my old pot i could only handle about 10 noodles for one lasagna - but this thing can do almost triple my old pot.A worthwhile investment.
