(More customer reviews)Used this for the first time, and it was an absolute pleasure.After 4 hours of braising short ribs in a tomato and wine sauce at 350 degrees (Anne Burrell's recipe on Food Network ... delish!), cleaned up like new and no stains!Would have had to soak, but tried Dawn's pretreatment and immediately after spraying it on, the burnt on crud wiped right off with ease.These enameled pots clean up easily after a soak with hot soapy water, but try the Dawn pretreatment ... it's amazing and completely takes away the need to soak.This 6 qt is the perfect size for so many things.
